Friendship is essential for the existence of society. People live inmunities and work in co-operation so that they could protect themselves fromnature. The successful acplishment of any task calls for support from manypeople. It's the friends who are willing to help us. Friendship is a guaranteeof harmonious efforts.

In the widest sense, all people are friends. People live in a mon society,co-operating and helping each other directly or indirectly all the time. Fromthis respective, anyone could be a friend of others to a certain degree. Andit's this kind of friendship that makes society harmonious though petition isuniversal.

A friend in need is a friend indeed. Unfortunately, people are so plex inthe modern society due to various reasons. Sometimes, we don't really know whoare our real friends. Adversity is the touchstone of friendship. That is to say,in hard times, it is easy for us to test whether the friendship is ture or not.No matter what happens, a true friend will never leave you alone and will alwaysbe with you.

Today I am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. What is successIt is what everyone is longing for.Sometimes success would be rather simple. Winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now I am standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.

However, as a person's whole life is concerned, success becomes very complicated. Is fortune successIs fame successIs high social status successNo, I don't think so. I believe success is the realization of people' s hopes and

ideals.Nowadays, in the modern society there are many people who are regarded as the successful. And the most obvious characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life. So most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. But the problem is wether it is real success. We all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. If we keep chasing them, where is the endWhat will satisfy us at lastTherefore, we can see, to get the real Success we must need something inside, which is the realization of people' hopes and ideals.

Different people have different ideas about success; cause people's hopes and ideas vary from one another. But I am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. Friendship is so pure, clear and beautiful. We cannot be lack of friendshipin our life. Try our best to insist our trust in making friends.

I have a lively, cheerful good friend.

His big eyes, curved eyebrows, short hair, a row of white teeth, smile isso handsome!

When he was happy eyes narrowed into a crack, open the big mouth, like ahippo, there were two big front teeth. As long as you see him smile, you willfollow him laugh.

When he is angry, staring eyes, bite a tooth. If there is a table or sofabeside, he would knock once in a while. If not, his fist grip like steamedbread.

His lonely listlessly and hung (down) his head as if to cry.

This is my good friend. Can you guess who he is?

我有一个活泼、开朗的好朋友。

他大大的眼睛，弯弯的眉毛，短短的头发，一排洁白的牙齿，笑起来帅极了!

他高兴的时候眼睛眯成一条缝，张开大大的嘴巴，像河马一像，还露出两颗大大的门牙。你只要看到他笑，你也会跟着他笑。

他生气的时候，瞪着眼睛，咬着牙。如果旁边有桌子或者沙发，他就会敲一下。如果没有，他的拳头握得像馒头一样。

他寂寞的时候无精打采地垂着头，仿佛要哭出来。

Today I want to talk with you.Yes,just talking,not stiff speaking.

My topic is “friendship”.But,at first ,I want to talk with you about love.Many of us have vision it in college.The special feeling in the memory of the four years is always pure and beautiful.

You may have asked what the “love”is on earth? In my opinion, Love is a sense of responsibility!Known to care for others, and this feeling, no matter what the result is ,must be a life-long memorable event.

My friends often consult me about their emotional problems.And they spend too much time on their lover.Naturally,they igored their friends.

I have received a message from one of my good friends.She said: “ if A is equals to 1 ,B is equals to 2,C is epuals to 3,and so on..

Then L+O+V+E=54,but F+R+I+E+N+D+S+H+I+P=108!

So friendship is twice stronger than love!” Now I’d love to share my experience with all of you.

Last summer vocation,I had a car accident,and had to be in hospital,I felt boring and painful,because I could do nothing but stay in bed. It’s my friends who came to see me ,chatted with me ,encouraged me, helped me get through the hardtime.

It is a common saying that love is a lamp, while friendship is the shadow. When the lamp is off,you will find the shadow everywhere. Friend is who can give you strength at last.

Finally let's pray together now ,that one day, all of us could find the person we want to find, and could enjoy a real beautiful friendship in our lives. Let's pray the flower of friendship between our friends and us would always bloom brightly in our hearts. That’s all .Thank you!
